スプリント 予選18位 / 決勝6位
今日は予選でもう少し上を狙っていたので、正直、複雑な気持ちです。ただ、スプリントでは良いリカバリーができましたし、ポイントも獲得できたので、ポジティブな要素も多くありました。ピットレーンスタートから6位まで追い上げることができたので、“何でも可能だ”という気持ちになれました。予選では全力を出し切りました。これまでの予選ではミスが続いていましたが、今回はかなりクリーンなラップができたと感じています。だからこそ、10番手という結果には少し残念な気持ちもあります。ラップそのものは悪くなかったものの、まだ改善の余地があると思っています。すぐにトップ5に入れるような簡単な世界ではありませんし、あまりネガティブになりすぎないようにしたいです。レースペースについては、フリー走行1回目のロングランでは正直あまり良い感触がありませんでしたが、そこからセットアップを見直して、マシンのフィーリングもかなり良くなっています。決勝ではしっかりと力を発揮できると思いますし、自信も持っています。スプリントは雨の影響で波乱の展開になりましたが、日曜日の天気がどうなるかはまだ分かりません。今日は14台をオーバーテイクしたので、明日は“あと9台”です！しっかりポイントを取れるよう、前向きな気持ちでベストを尽くします。
To be honest, I have mixed feelings because I was aiming for a little higher in qualifying today. However, I was able to make a good recovery in the sprint, and I was able to score some points, so there were a lot of positives to take out of the race. I was able to push back to 6th place from the pit lane start, which made me feel like “anything is possible.In qualifying, I gave it my all. In previous qualifying sessions, I had made a lot of mistakes, but this time I felt I was able to do a fairly clean lap. That is why I am a little disappointed with the 10th place result. The lap itself was not bad, but I think there is still room for improvement. It is not an easy world to get into the top 5 right away, and I don’t want to be too negative.As for race pace, to be honest, I did not have a good feeling during the long run in the first free practice session, but we have revised the set-up since then and the feeling of the car is much better. I think we will be able to show our strength in the race and I am confident.The sprints were a bit of a bumpy ride due to the rain, but we still don’t know what the weather will be like on Sunday. We overtook 14 cars today, so tomorrow we have “only” 9 cars to go! I will do my best with a positive mindset to get solid points.

予選10位 / 決勝10位
（ピットレーンでの速度違反による）5秒ペナルティがなければ、あのポジションにいる必要はなかったので、正直もったいなかったですし、レースをかなり難しくしてしまいました。しかも、終盤は元チームメイトが容赦なく追い上げてきて、楽な展開ではなかったです。ハジャー選手がかなりペースを上げてきて、僕もずっとプッシュし続けましたが、彼も何度も差を詰めてきたので、5秒差を保つのは本当に大変でした。それでも、やるべきことをやって最大限のペースを引き出せたと思いますし、ポイントを獲得できたのは良かったです。ただ、レースペースには満足していません。今回は僕だけでなく、チーム全体としてもペースに苦しんだ部分があったと思うので、そこはしっかり振り返る必要があります。今日のレースでは、今の自分にできる限りのことはすべてやり切ったと思っています。まだクルマを思うような状態に仕上げるのは難しいですが、週を追うごとに自信はついていますし、これから改善を重ねて、必ず今後挽回していきたいです。
It was unnecessary for me to be in that position with the time penalty and it made things a lot more difficult in the race for me and my old teammate certainly did nothing to make my life easier in those last few laps! Isack picked up the pace quite a lot, I was pushing a lot and he kept coming back. It was tough to keep the five second gap but I had to do what I had to do and I maximised the pace. I am happy I was able to score points but again, not happy with the pace I had. I think, as a Team, we struggled overall with race pace, it wasn’t just me and it is something we have to look at. I did all I could in this race. I gave the maximum that I can for now, it is tough to get the car in the place we want, but we will work towards it and make up for it in the future. I am feeling more confident in the car as the weeks go by and we will unlock it.
